Letting Fees for Landlords

Scale of Charges - all charges quoted are inclusive of VAT

Introduction Only Service 90% of the first month's rental payable for each letting where the tenant is introduced through the Agent
Full Management Service  13.2% of the monthly rent received, deducted by the Agent

The fees under the above service are payable when any individual or organisation enters into an agreement to rent the Property as a result of our promotion, introduction, or viewing by the Agent.

Duplicate Statements £12.00 per statement
Professional hourly rate

£54.00 charged by the Agent (Assistants, Technicians & others) 

£150.00 charged by Partners, Associates and Senior Surveyors

when required to carry out another service. 

Void Property inspections £36.00 (per visit) plus mileage at £0.40 per mile
Tenancy Renewal fee £120.00

Minimum Fee

Where the Landlord cancels the Agent’s instruction to provide a management service the Agent will charge and the Landlord will pay a fee. The charge will be equal to the equivalent of three months’ management commission.

All charges quoted are inclusive of VAT.
