All rents are exclusive of Council tax, water rates, gas, electricity and telephone charges, unless otherwise stated.
All rents are payable monthly in advance by Bankers Standing Order.
Greenslade Taylor Hunt reserves the right to charge up to two months rent as a deposit in certain circumstances or, for two or more persons sharing. Otherwise, a deposit of one month's rent will be requested to be held on deposit for the duration of the tenancy to cover any damage, breakages, etc, that may occur during that tenancy.
The deposit sum will be necessary to secure the property while references are being taken up, of which £100 is non-refundable if the tenancy does not proceed. The tenant will be required to pay an administration charge, inclusive of half legal fees, of £94 in setting up the Tenancy Agreement (there is an additional charge of £20 for taking up references on two persons sharing).
It is the tenant's responsibility to contact the relevant utility companies (i.e. water, gas, etc) to ensure that such facilities are available and advise of their new position as occupants of the property.
No pets are to be kept at a rented property unless agreed with Greenslade Taylor hunt prior to occupation and written into the Tenancy Agreement.
