All rents are exclusive of Council tax, water rates, gas, electricity and telephone charges, unless otherwise stated.
All rents are payable monthly in advance by Bankers Standing Order.
Greenslade Taylor Hunt reserves the right to charge up to the equivalent of two months rent as a deposit in certain circumstances or, for two or more persons sharing. Otherwise, a deposit of the equivalent of one month''''''''s rent will be requested to be held on deposit for the duration of the tenancy to cover any damage, breakages, etc, that may occur during that tenancy.
You will need to pay an agency fee of £155.00 plus vat for the tenancy agreement, inventory costs and credit reference to secure the property while references are being taken up. £45.00 plus vat will be required for subsequent applicants that need to be referenced for the property. The agent fee is non-returnable if the tenancy does not go ahead, except in cases where the landlord does not proceed with the tenancy. If this occurs you will receive your intial fee back less £52.87 per credit reference.
It is the tenant''''s responsibility to contact the relevant utility companies (i.e. water, gas, etc) to ensure that such facilities are available and advise of their new position as occupants of the property.
No pets are to be kept at a rented property unless agreed with Greenslade Taylor hunt prior to occupation and written into the Tenancy Agreement.
