The design and planning team at Greenslade Taylor Hunt were very pleased to achieve permission for an unusual ‘extension’ to a traditional stone barn.  The design and concept involved ‘pods’ of accommodation allowing a large family home to be created from a modest stone barn.  The woodland setting and conservation area status were significant challenges to overcome however by careful negotiation with the planning officer's consent was granted.

Greenslade Taylor Hunt initially secured planning permission and then sold the property to a developer / investor who has now instructed Greenslade Taylor Hunt’s letting department to find hopefully a suitable long term tenant at an asking rent of £1,700 pcm.
