With the second anniversary of the opening of a commercial division in Yeovil and the provision of additional services for clients across our commercial agency, property services and survey & valuation departments, we are delighted to confirm Greenslade Taylor Hunt’s continued expansion.

Robert Clark, a Chartered Surveyor who heads up our Yeovil commercial property department, specialises in the sale, letting and valuation of commercial buildings.  Robert  also has 25 years experience overseeing commercial property management and advising clients on Landlord & Tenant and rating issues.
 
Daren Venning, our Commercial and Residential Energy Assessor, has recently qualified as an Asbestos Surveyor enabling him to provide Asbestos Surveys and advice on all types of residential and commercial properties, whilst Richard Norman, a Residential Energy Assessor and trainee valuer and building surveyor, is now qualified to undertake Fire Risk Assessments.
 
Additionally, we have valuation surveyors and building surveyors, all of whom are RICS Registered Valuers qualified to provide a wide variety of valuations and building condition surveys on all types of commercial property.
