Three New Associates Appointed

Leading West Country firm of Chartered Surveyors, estate agents and auctioneers, Greenslade Taylor Hunt, is delighted to announce the appointment of three new associates: Robert Clark, Steve Allen and Martyn Venner. Hailing from GTH’s Yeovil, Sherborne and Taunton offices respectively the new appointees all have excellent track records and as associates will strengthen the GTH team, explains Chairman, Neil Biffen:

Martyn Venner, himself a second generation valuer and auctioneer joined GTH 8 years ago and has carved out a name for himself from the Taunton office, specialising in the sale of rural and residential property as well as being a specialist livestock auctioneer at Sedgemoor Auction Centre. Coinciding with his appointment as an associate, Martyn will be moving from Taunton to head up the GTH Bridgwater office.
Residential agent, Steve Allen, is a well known and much respected face in his area, running the GTH Sherborne office in Dorset, where he has been based for the last 10 years, following a substantial career in the City.
Putting his 20 years experience with a national firm of property consultants in London to good use, Robert Clark has excelled in the GTH commercial and land & development division in Yeovil for the last three years. Robert acts for corporate and private clients in the acquisition and disposal of commercial, mixed use properties and development sites as well as acting as a valuation and property management consultant.
GTH operates 17 offices covering Somerset, North, Mid and East Devon and West Dorset and is one of the largest and long established firms in the West Country with an impressive 200 years’ experience to its credit. The appointment of the new associates confirms the company’s current buoyancy and confidence in the future.
