Homebuyer Survey & Valuations
This form of survey and report will cover all parts of the property which are readily visible or accessible and is intended for residential property of modern design and construction. Its purpose is to identify the main items of disrepair and defects within that property. A Market Valuation and Valuation for Insurance purposes is included.

Building Surveys
This is commonly referred to as a Structural Survey and is a comprehensive examination that provides more details than a Homebuyer Survey & Valuation report. A careful inspection is made of all physical parts of the property which are visible and accessible. This type of survey is ideal for all types of residential and commercial property and is the recommended survey for older and individual properties. A Market Valuation and Valuation for Insurance purposes can be included if required.
