Charles Clark is a 7th generation Valuer and Auctioneer with strong West Country roots. Following a degree in Rural Land Economy at Cambridge University he qualified with Woolley & Wallis in Salisbury before joining GTH in 1984. Charles specialises in all aspects of rural valuation work including acting as a Single Joint Expert in many matrimonial and other professional valuations, also handling Landlord - Tenant issues in particular. He is one of the firm's principal Property Auctioneers and also auctions twice weekly at Sedgemoor Auction Centre. Charles also leads the GTH team managing the 4,000 acres or so of Glebe lands in Somerset on behalf of the Diocese of Bath and Wells.

Based in South Somerset, Charles is a Trustee of a large local Farming Trust and is also a Trustee of The Somerset Community Foundation, a charity dedicated to helping disadvantaged in Somerset.
