Neil specialises in rural professional work with an emphasis on taxation, compensation and estate management. A local farmer's son, he trained with the District Valuer at Taunton and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor at the unprecedented age of 20 after which he worked in Exeter and East Devon. He joined F L Hunt and Sons in 1984 in Langport and became a Partner in 1986. Still based at Langport, he acts for a substantial number of private clients throughout the wide area covered by the GTH offices and is also familiar to farmers as a store cattle Auctioneer at the Sedgemoor Auction Centre.
