June was a busy month for the GTH Farm Sales team with two collective machinery sales, the June Collective Machinery Sale at Sedgemoor Auction Centre, and our first North Somerset Collective Machinery Sale, which was held at Wrington, Bristol. Both sales saw a quality entry of agricultural and miscellaneous items.

At the June Collective Machinery Sale, we saw the headline price of £11,400 which went to an Isuzu pickup truck, followed by a Hudson livestock trailer, making £9,700. Other notable prices saw a Lucas Castor 30R straw chopper make £5,900 and a Kuhn GMD 280 mower make £4,300.

At the North Somerset Collective Machinery Sale, we saw the headline price of £32,000 which went to a 64 plate Land Rover Defender 90, with 17,500 miles on the clock. This was followed by two Marston silage trailers, each making £6,000.  Other notable prices saw a 22ft bale trailer make £5,000, a Marshall muckspreader make £4,200, and a Hi Spec spreader make £3,500.

The GTH Farm Sales team looks ahead to the upcoming machinery sales, including the July Online Collective Machinery Sale on the 13th July, the dispersal sale for Marks Barn Farm Partnership in Crewkerne on the 26th July and the dispersal sale of 5 Massey Ferguson tractors, JCB telehandler, quads and farm machinery at Elm Tree Farm, Westham on the 27th July.
