September has been a busy month for machinery sales at Greenslade Taylor Hunt, beginning with the dispersal sale of farm machinery on behalf of Messrs Hole & Son, of Wedmore. The sale represented a genuine dispersal of premium agricultural equipment with the headline price of £48,500 going to a 2007 Claas 890 Jaguar Forager with a Massey Ferguson 7618 (2015) following at £39,500. Other top prices saw a McHale Fusion 3 Baler (2017) reach £31,500 and a New Holland TD5.105 (2015) reach £22,500. Amongst the generous tractor line up, a Massey Ferguson 6495 (2004) made £13,500, whilst a Massey Ferguson 5465 (2006) followed closely behind reaching £11,000.

The Farm Sales Team also headed to South Petherton on behalf of AC Willy & Sons to disperse their range of tractors, farm machinery and livestock equipment. The top price went to a John Deere 6320 Tractor (2004) for £18,500. Other top prices saw a Massey Ferguson 675 Tractor make £7,200, a KRM Soladrill 799 reached £4,000 and a Marshall Bale Trailer reached £3,500.

Back at Sedgemoor Auction Centre, the September collective sale saw a smaller, yet quality entry of agricultural machinery and miscellaneous items with the top call going to a Vaderstad Rapid A4005 Trailed Drill for £5,250. Vehicles sold to £5,000 for a John Deere 855 Gator, £2,800 for a Ford 333 2WD Tractor and £2,500 for a Honda 420 ATV.

To conclude a busy September the Farm Sales Team headed to Trull, Taunton, on behalf of Mr CG Stanbury, having dispersed his herd of dairy cows in the previous week. The sale comprised a comprehensive dispersal of agricultural vehicles, machinery and livestock equipment. The headline figure being the Pottinger 5010 Forage Wagon which sold for £41,000, with a smart line up of tractors topping at £40,500 for a New Holland T7200 4WD Tractor (2015), a JCB 536.60 Telehandler (2015) reached £25,500 and a New Holland T6050 4WD Tractor (2011) reached £12,200. Other equipment included a Korte 700 Mill reaching £11,000 and a Case MX135 Maxum 4WD Tractor reaching £9,300.
