All 180 lots found new homes thanks to spirited bidding in the room and on-line, with much of the most intense competition focussing on the Abu Garcia reels. These included the Suveran S400M, pictured here, which was purchased for £185, and a Morrum M7700CT, for which £185 was also paid.

Two James & Sons ‘Mk IV Avon’ split cane rods were contested to a price of £395, while three Daiwa 12ft rods cost £160 and three Abu Garcia ‘Beachcaster’ rods were bought for £148.
