An impressive £890,000 was bid for Dowlais Farm, Clevedon, a Grade II four bedroom farmhouse, range of outbuildings and 13.49 acres. It smashed the top end of the guide price by nearly £200,000.

The auction at Batch Country House, Lympsham, achieved a 100% clearance with 0.19 acres of woodland in Cheddar making £15,000 and 5.39  acres with building at Mark achieving £100,000.

Entries are now being taken for the next auction at Batch Country House, Lympsham, on 27th September at 7pm.

Already included are a building plot on the Allerton Hills, Wedmore, woodland at Cheddar and land at Brent Knoll.
