Residential sales negotiator Christina Gross certainly doesn’t do things by halves. She baked an amazing 500 cupcakes and raised £630 for Dorset and Somerset Air Ambulance on Saturday.

She was up at 4am on Saturday decorating her mouth-watering designs having spent the previous day on her feet for 13 hours baking the cakes.

They were a big hit with crowds visiting the Museum of the Moon installation at Mary Magdalene Church, Taunton, and others in the town looking for last minute Mother’s Day inspiration.

One of Christina’s clients, who had recently sold a property through Greenslade Taylor Hunt, bought a box of half a dozen cupcakes for her mum for Mother’s Day and asked Christina to hand deliver them.

Imagine Christina’s surprise when the client’s father turned out to be a trustee of the Dorset and Somerset Air Ambulance – he was delighted with the surprise delivery of cakes and the boost to his favourite charity.

Spurred on by her success Christina is planning another cupcake sale for the Easter weekend. If you are interested in supporting the work of the Dorset and Somerset Air Ambulance and enjoying some quality cake too please contact Christina on 01823 277121 to place an order.
