He brings a wealth of experience as a long-standing associate surveyor providing a wide range of rural consultancy advice and agency services to landowners, businesses, farmers, agricultural producer groups, developers and other professionals throughout South West England.
Most recently he has been working for Savills in Taunton and prior to that was at Smiths Gore which was taken over by Savills.

Philip has a lifetime interest in land, property and rural affairs. He gained a BSc (Hons) in Agriculture and Farm Business Management at Newcastle University before undertaking a Masters in Rural Estate Management at the Royal Agricultural College in Cirencester.
He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers. Philip undertakes all aspects of rural professional work and is looking forward to building relationships with new clients in his role at GTH.
Philip enjoys the wide variety of work encompassed by professional services in particular, but not limited to CPO (compulsory purchase order) work, Landlord and Tenant matters, rural property agency and letting, farm business consultancy advice and succession planning.
