The experienced team has joined forces with the residential department, which is already based in the offices, a short walk from the town’s main car park. Previously the lettings operation was housed in the firm’s agricultural offices at Cheapside, Langport.
Increased demand for rental property and the extra workload has resulted in the department stepping up staffing levels and prompted the move.

Lettings Manager Lin Cardwell heads up the team, who pride themselves on providing a personal and professional service tailored to the  individual needs of their clients whether they own a single rental home or have a portfolio of properties.

To mark the move to their new premises the department is offering a selection of special incentives.

“We are offering reduced set up fees for new instructions received in July and August for full management and tenant find only properties,”  said Lin.

She and her colleague Suzanne Inder MARLA, know the local rental market extremely well and can offer expert advice to would-be landlords  and tenants alike.

Importantly Suzanne is a member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents – the industry body, which is committed to driving up  standards within the sector. It also offers members the latest information on rules and regulations affecting lettings.

Currently the demand for rental homes in Langport and surrounding areas is intense. Recently a rural cottage at Hambridge attracted no fewer than 14 applicants.
More properties, of all types and in all locations, are required to meet high interest from quality tenants.

If you are considering letting out a property please contact Lin Cardwell or Suzanne Inder MARLA at their new base at The  Shopping Parade, Langport, or phone 01458 552444 for a free rental  market appraisal.
