Claire Alers-Hankey BSc MSc MRTPI has just become a Partner with leading property firm Greenslade Taylor Hunt.

She is a chartered member of the Royal Town Planning Institute, and provides a range of planning consultancy services across the South West. She joined GTH in August 2017. Before joining GTH she worked in private planning consultancy work and prior to that worked for 10 years as a planning officer at two councils in the South West.

In the past year Claire has mentored candidates through their successful APC (assessment of professional competence) applications to achieve membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI).

She is currently working on a number of residential development schemes in Cornwall, Devon, Somerset and Dorset.

In her spare time Claire enjoys horse riding, cricket, horse racing, wakeboarding and snowboarding. She is also kept busy home schooling her three young children during the current lockdown. She is also Chair of Governors at their primary school.
