“Mystery shoppers” put staff at the office through their paces and assessed 25 different criteria to rate their customer service – including how emails and phone calls were handled.
The process resulted in a gold award for the team in Taunton, headed by Amy Davidson MARLA. She says: "We were thrilled to receive the news that we have won a gold award. We have worked hard for our landlords and tenants in the past year, particularly during the lockdown periods. We intend to continue to offer the very best service we can both during this current national lockdown and on into brighter days."
The branch has now been shortlisted for a number of national awards that will be announced later in the year.
