The firm believes the land at New Road, Combe St Nicholas, has short-term development potential, subject to the approval of a suitable phosphate mitigation strategy.
Currently the land, which extends to approximately 0.26 hectares (0.65 acres) does not have any planning permission or any allocation for development within the adopted South Somerset Local Plan (2006-2028).
The land is being offered on an unconditional basis at offers in the region of £200,000.
A series of view days are being held at the land between 10am and 12noon on November 16, 23, 30 and December 7.
The deadline for the submission of offers is 12 noon on Friday, December 16, 2022.
