The lettings department at the Bridgwater branch of Greenslade Taylor Hunt are celebrating after collecting gold for the second year running in the British Property Awards.

The accolade recognises the team’s excellent customer service.

Delighted Lettings Manager, Julie Cameron, said: “I am really proud that we have managed to achieve this award two years in a row. I am really happy that our team goes above and beyond to help both our tenants and landlords as best we can.”

“Mystery shoppers” put staff at the office through their paces and assessed 25 different criteria to rate their customer service – including how emails and phone calls were handled.

Now the High Street branch has been shortlisted for a number of national awards.

The town has plenty to draw prospective tenants. A new flagship seven-screen cinema complex at Northgate Yard opened late last year in the town with a bowling alley, sports bar and restaurants opening in 2023.

Meanwhile construction on the new reactor at Hinkley Point is bringing skilled workers to the area and fuelling the demand for rental properties.

Two and three-bedroom homes are always sought-after and Julie and her team would be delighted to hear from landlords interested in marketing their properties through Greenslade Taylor Hunt.
