Exciting times lie ahead at the Bridgwater branch of Greenslade Taylor Hunt. The office, in a prime spot in the High Street, has had a revamp and a new residential manager at the helm.

Ann Cragg celebrates 21 years in the residential property market this year and has been at the Bridgwater branch of GTH since 2012. She takes over the reins from Martyn Venner, who now heads up the firm’s Taunton residential office.

“There’s a real buzz to Bridgwater and there is lots happening here,” she said.

A recent leaflet drop means the office is busy with a string of valuations. Senior negotiator Alex Tufill has joined the team in Bridgwater to assist with the busy workload.

“The year has got off to a great start. Hinkley Point is bringing new people to the area. There are some lovely places to live here, “ added Ann.

She is delighted with the new look offices and is excited about a new range of detached homes at desirable Durleigh, Bridgwater, that the office is to launch this Saturday. (February 17)

The first limited release of three, four and five bedroom properties by Notaro Homes and Kier will be unveiled at a special event at the Bridgwater office between 10am and 12noon on Saturday. Prices range from £230,000-£400,000.

Please call the office on 01278 425555 if you would like to register your interest or you would like a free market appraisal of your home.
