The awards recognise first rate customer service. “Mystery shoppers” put staff at the office through their paces and assessed 25 different criteria to rate their customer service – including how emails and phone calls were handled.
The Hammet Street branch has now been shortlisted for a number of national awards that will be announced later in the year.
The award is testament to the hard work put in by Amy and her team. Amy has recently been promoted to Associate with the firm, recognising her contribution to GTH’s continued success.
