Double Delight as Office Retains Gold Title

The Taunton lettings office of Greenslade Taylor Hunt is celebrating after retaining its gold title in the British Property Awards.
“ I am delighted that we have won the gold award for the second year running. Lettings has proved to be very challenging over the past two years not only for agents, but also for tenants and landlords. At Greenslade Taylor Hunt, we pride ourselves on offering a detailed and comprehensive service for our landlords and peace of mind for our tenants,” said Amy Davidson, MARLA, who heads up the Taunton team.
The awards recognise first rate customer service. “Mystery shoppers” put staff at the office through their paces and assessed 25 different criteria to rate their customer service – including how emails and phone calls were handled.
The Hammet Street branch has now been shortlisted for a number of national awards that will be announced later in the year.
The award is testament to the hard work put in by Amy and her team. Amy has recently been promoted to Associate with the firm, recognising her contribution to GTH’s continued success.

If an agent has been attributed with one of our awards it is simply down to the fantastic customer service levels that they have demonstrated across a prolonged period of time.
