The Honiton branch of Greenslade Taylor Hunt has plenty to celebrate after taking gold in the British Property Awards.
It is the second time this year the office has taken the top accolade. In the spring the residential department clinched the same prize.
Now the lettings department has also been judged worthy of the award. In both instances the office at 111 High Street excelled throughout an extensive judging process, which is focussed on customer service.
Independent mystery shoppers assess estate agents service against 25 criteria in a comprehensive assessment before deciding on the award winners.
However the gold award is not entirely unexpected as the team is highly regarded on Google, where reviews have been glowing.
