Despite the challenges of the pandemic the branches in Wells, Somerset, and South Molton, Devon, are rightly proud to have struck gold for customer service.
“Mystery shoppers” put staff at the offices through their paces and assessed 25 different criteria to rate their customer service – including how emails and phone calls were handled.
Robert McLean, from The British Property Awards, said: “We judge agents on a town by town basis, ensuring that only those agents who meet a certain standard are awarded by our team.
