Gold Award Win for South Molton Again!

The South Molton branch of Greenslade Taylor Hunt is celebrating after taking gold in the British Property Awards.
The office at 23 Broad Street excelled throughout the extensive judging process, which is focussed on customer service.
Independent mystery shoppers assess estate agents service against 25 criteria in a comprehensive assessment before deciding on the award winners.
Richard Webber, the Managing Partner at the branch, is delighted with the accolade and puts it down to the hard working and dedicated team.
“This is the second year in a row that we have won gold at the British Property Awards. We are delighted with the result, customer care is extremely important to GTH and it is a great credit to, and recognition of, our wonderful, hard working team,” said Richard.
However the gold award is not entirely unexpected as the team is highly regarded on Google, where reviews have been glowing.
A recent reviewer on Google said: “Even though they were our seller’s agents, the staff at South Molton GTH were brilliant from the moment we submitted our offer through to completion. They kept in contact and at times exceeded the communication from our own agents and solicitors. All of them were friendly, professional and helpful - a great team.”
