“Mystery shoppers” put staff at the office through their paces and assessed 25 different criteria to rate their customer service – including how emails and phone calls were handled.
The process resulted in a gold award for the team in Bridgwater, headed by Lettings Manager, Julie Cameron.

The High Street branch has now been shortlisted for a number of national awards.
