The office at 111 High Street excelled throughout the extensive judging process, which is focussed on customer service.
Independent mystery shoppers assess estate agents service against 25 criteria in a comprehensive assessment before deciding on the award winners.
Stephen Gardner, Residential Partner at Honiton, is proud of the accolade and the hard work of his team, Residential Negotiator, Rebecca Laramy and Administrator, Charlotte Broom.
However the gold award is not entirely unexpected as the team is highly regarded on Google, where reviews have been glowing.
