The market for investments continues to thrive report commercial experts Greenslade Taylor Hunt, who have recently agreed the sale of a business park near Dorchester.
Considerable interest was generated in Roman Hill Business Park, Broadmayne, resulting in the sale going to best bids.
The agents were quoting an asking price of offers in the region of £1,500,000 for the property, a multi-let industrial estate close to the A352.
The site comprises 17 industrial/office units on a 2.85 acres site producing a total income of around £115,000 per annum. There is the opportunity for further development, subject to planning.
Critoph Properties Ltd have bought the investment on behalf of a private vendor.
