Candi Taylor has an exciting year ahead both professionally and personally. She has just been appointed lettings manager at Greenslade Taylor Hunt’s busy Honiton office and she will be marrying her fiance James Macmillan in October.

Announcing the appointment Sonia Matthews FARLA, who heads up GTH’s  letting network across Devon, Somerset and Dorset, said: “We are delighted to have Candi join our team in Honiton. The Lettings  department has been growing at a phenomenal rate and I feel confident in Candi’s ability to maintain this growth whilst offering our current  clients the best of service.

“Candi has the experience of working in a very busy lettings department and comes with the knowledge to ensure a smooth transition between managers. I am very excited about the Honiton office in 2017 as I can see her creating a strong and long standing client base.”

Candi joins Greenslade Taylor Hunt from the lettings department of a national estate agency firm in Yeovil.

She is delighted to be joining the multi-disciplinary Honiton team,  which includes residential sales and agriculture as well as lettings from its prominent base at 111 High Street.

“I get a real buzz from the job. I love the whole process. I particularly enjoy helping investor buyers with their letting properties,” she said.

Candida is excited about her new role and is keen to provide a “free advice centre” where she is inviting landlords to contact her regarding  all aspects of the lettings process. She can offer free impartial advice  and a service tailored to the individual landlords particular needs.
