Simon is the Head of Residential Sales for GTH having joined the firm in 2000 and becoming a Partner in 2005. After seven very successful years in Sherborne and a brief spell in Bridgwater, Simon opened a new branch in the Cathedral city of Wells in 2012. Simon hails from Taunton and has been an Estate Agent in the West Country since 1988.

Lauren has been in estate agency for 12 years, with the last ten years being at Greenslade Taylor Hunt. Lauren started off as Secretary and is now a Negotiator dealing with the sale of residential property. During her time at GTH she has gained NVQ's in the Sale of Residential Property and also Business Administration. She lives in Yeovil with her partner, four-year-old son, two cats and enjoys music, reading, gardening and days out with her family.
