About This Property
A beautifully presented two bedroom semi-detached bungalow with a larger than average garden situated in a popular village location.
The delightful home which has been under the same ownership since it was built, has been much improved over the years. Improvements have included, new windows and front door, new “Dimplex Quantum“ storage heaters, updated kitchen and decoration throughout to name a few with new fencing outside.
Being on a corner has also meant that this property has a larger than average plot, which makes it ideal for someone who is a keen gardener. The accommodation includes, a front door leading to a generous hallway with loft access, airing cupboard and doors off to two good sized bedrooms (both with fitted wardrobes), a lounge, bathroom and modern kitchen with integrated oven, hob and extractor.
Situated in a popular road, accessible to facilities in Dunkeswell which includes a general store/post office, doctors surgery, tennis courts and bowls club. There is an active community and social side to Dunkeswell.
The historic market town of Honiton is approximately five miles to the South providing shops, schools, public houses and restaurants, train station and sports centre with swimming pool and there is a Tesco store. The A30 dual carriageway which bypasses Honiton provides good access to the Cathedral city of Exeter and the M5 motorway
To the front is a tarmac driveway, lawn area and detached single garage with light, power and an electric roller door.
To the rear is the larger than average corner plot garden which includes a patio and lawn. There are well stocked borders with an array of trees and shrubs. The garden also benefits from a shed and greenhouse.
