About This Property
A beautifully presented modern four bedroom detached house occupying an attractive and peaceful situation with an open outlook and with the benefit of good parking.
This well presented house was constructed in 2009 by Barrett Homes and is of rendered elevations under pitched tiled roof. The property has been beautifully maintained by the present owner and is offered in show room condition. Additional features include good quality flooring throughout the ground floor, several fitted wardrobes to the bedrooms and a lovely Portland stone gas fire in the living room (currently disconnected). A boarded loft offers additional storage and outside the gardens are well presented including a decking and patio area to the rear. It should be particularly noted that this property affords much better than average parking arrangements with not only a single garage directly adjoining with the benefit of electricity and floored loft but also, with three additional private parking spaces beyond.
This property enjoys a highly attractive situation within this village development enjoying an open outlook to the front over a former mill leat and wildlife area with no passing traffic. The front of the house is adjoined by foot and cycle paths that provide long distance opportunities with cycle paths leading into Taunton town centre. Norton Fitzwarren enjoys good local facilities including a Co-Operative store, takeaways, primary school, health centre and village activities. Taunton centre is readily accessible about 2 miles away where extensive retail and scholastic facilities will be found. The property occupies a peaceful situation with a south facing front aspect.
The property fronts onto an attractive towpath with an open aspect over a mill leat and wildlife area with foot and cycle paths linking into long distance routes leading eventually into Taunton town centre. The rear gardens are well enclosed within panelled fencing providing a block paved patio area with adjoining raised deck area and raised beds on a lower gravel level and further sun terrace adjoining. The property is immediately adjoined by a single garage with up and over door and has the unusual benefit of three further private parking spaces immediately adjoining.

In 2011 Martyn was made an Associate and in 2012 he was asked to run the residential office in Bridgwater whilst still selling in the market on a Saturday. Martyn was made a partner at Greenslade Taylor Hunt in 2017 and in 2018 was promoted to run the residential office in Taunton.
In his spare time he enjoys fly fishing, clay pigeon shooting and walking his black Labrador, Bear. Spending time with his family and working in the garden are other priorities along with the occasional run.
