About This Property
A modern semi-detached three bedroom house offering generous room sizes, front and rear garden together with a detached garage. No onward chain.
The property dates back to 1985 and is of brick elevations, rendered in part under a pitched tiled roof. The property enjoys gas fired central heating, double glazing and cavity wall insulation, making it economical to run. The accommodation is in good decorative order and briefly comprises an entrance porch with W.C. to the side, a door leads through to a large living room with stairs rising to the first floor and a set of French doors lead through to a dining room which in turn flows into a conservatory enjoying views of the gardens. A kitchen/breakfast room adjoins the dining room and is fitted with a range of modern base units with rolled top work surfaces and matching wall cupboards over, together with a number of integral appliances. Adjacent to the kitchen is a utility again with fitted units with doors to outside. Upstairs are three bedrooms, two of which are doubles and enjoy fitted wardrobes and a family bathroom.
The property is located in a popular residential area on the south side of Taunton and is positioned at the end of a cul-de-sac with no passing traffic. The property is within easy reach of local amenities and the nearby schools of Bishop FoxÂ’s, Richard Huish College and KingÂ’s College are within walking distance. The town centre is easily accessible providing an extensive range of retail and leisure facilities, along with access to the M5 motorway at Junction 25 and a main line city rail link.
The property is approached off the public highway where there is parking for one vehicle in front of a brick built detached garage. A garden path leads to the front door, flanked on either side by lawned gardens and a side gate gives pedestrian access to the rear where there is a sun terrace, which adjoins a conservatory and a predominantly lawned garden enclosed within brick walling and timber panel fencing.
