Auctioneer and Chairman of Greenslade Taylor Hunt, Charles Clark presided over the event which recorded a 90% sell out rate with nine out of the 10 lots snapped up on the night.
Leading the field was Riverside Stables, a purpose built stable block together with workshop, storage containers, hard standing and pasture land, in all about 5.9 acres which sold for £116,000 on the night.
Other highlights included £95,000 for 15.17 acres of agricultural pasture land at Lower Weare, and the same sum for 11.22 acres of agricultural pasture land at Brent Knoll and another 5.14 acres of pasture land at Mark made £60,000. Following close by was 2.29 acres at Brent Knoll which made £40,000 (£17,467 per acre).
Agricultural pasture land at Edington Moor, Edington Road, Bridgwater, extending to 10.33 acres made £44,000, while 5.56 acres at Brent Knoll sold for £40,500, and 3.2 acres at Mark Moor made £25,000.
