Development Site Close to Bristol Airport

April 2022

An appealing residential site within a mile of Bristol Airport and with planning permission for four homes has just come to the market with development land and planning specialists Greenslade Taylor Hunt.

The site at Felton House Farm, Upper Town Lane, Felton, near Bristol, extends to 0.46 acres (0.18 hectares) and has outline planning permission for four homes, all of which are open market.

North Somerset Council granted permission in August 2021 with layout, appearance, scale and access approved. Only landscape matters are reserved.

The scheme will be accessed from Pound Mead and this will require the creation a new junction and access to the site.

The proposed development would comprise two semi-detached three-bedroom properties and two detached three bedroom properties, each with two allocated parking spaces.

It is for sale either as a whole (plots 1-4) or in part (plots 1-3). The seller’s preference is to retain ownership of plot 4.

The deadline for the submission of offers is no later than 12 noon on Friday, June 3.

Interested parties can book to attend a series of view days, which are being held on May 3, 10, 17 and 24, between 9am-11am. These must be pre-booked in advance.
