Land and planning experts Greenslade Taylor Hunt are currently marketing a residential development site with a detailed planning application for seven open market homes.

The former Queens Arms at Wraxall Road, Wraxall, near Shepton Mallet, is located immediately off the A37 and offers outstanding views across open countryside to the south and Wraxall Vineyard to the north.

A detailed planning application is with Mendip District Council and is due for a delegated decision shortly. Offers in the region of £375,000 are invited for the site, which extends to 0.53-acres (0.22-hectares). The deadline for the submission of offers is 12 noon on Friday, March 26, 2021.

A series of viewing dates have been organised. These are by appointment only and interested parties must wear their own PPE and bring a torch. Viewings are set for February 23, March 2, 9 and 16, between 9am and 11am.
