Greenslade Taylor Hunt has been named best commercial operator by respected trade publication Estates Gazette for the 12th year in a row.
The magazine reviews all commercial sale and lettings transactions across the country to select its top performers.
Greenslade Taylor Hunt was named as the most successful firm in Somerset, while Joseph Hughes MRICS was named Dealmaker of the Year for the entire South West.
Despite the challenges of the pandemic Joseph secured 52 deals in the region and retained his Dealmaker title, which he first won in 2017.

A private investor snapped up 3-5 The Parade, Minehead, which was on the market at a guide price of £530,000.
Demand for industrial units is also strong. Smaller units less than 2,500 sq ft are particularly difficult to find – illustrated by GTH having let all six units within a new block at Courtlands Industrial Estate, Norton Fitwarren, Taunton, off plan.
