Committed property professional Carriann Phippen has just taken over running the Williton Lettings Department at Greenslade Taylor Hunt.
The experienced Lettings Manager already runs the Minehead lettings operation and is delighted to be taking on responsibility for the other West Somerset office.
She has more than a decade’s experience in the property market and worked for much-respected Channin & Thomas before joining Greenslade Taylor Hunt when it took over the West-Somerset based estate agency.
With her years of experience Carriann has forged good relationships with landlords and tenants and has a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the rental market in Minehead.
She is looking forward to providing the same high level of customer care for clients in the Williton area.
Under her stewardship the Minehead office has won a prestigious gold award in the British Property Awards for outstanding customer service.
