Minehead Office Delivers on Customer Service

Well-regarded estate agents Greenslade Taylor Hunt are celebrating after securing a gold award in the British Property Awards.
The Minehead branch of the property partnership won gold after “mystery shoppers” rated the business on a range of customer service aspects.
Ross Walls, who runs the branch, and celebrates a decade in estate agency in Somerset this year, is delighted with the accolade, which he puts down to the teamwork at the branch and the focus on customer service.
He said: “We have a proactive approach to selling and a real passion to provide the best service to our clients in this fast changing industry.”
He is a keen advocate for West Somerset, where he lives with his young family, enjoying the varied delights of the coast and countryside.
The Minehead win is particularly pleasing as he only took charge of the office in May having successfully overseen the firm’s Williton operation.
Now as West Coast Manager he is responsible for the day-to-day running of both West Somerset branches.
The lettings department at Minehead is also a recent gold winner at the British Property awards.
