There are a couple of new faces at the South Molton branch of leading estate and letting agent Greenslade Taylor Hunt.

Although Residential Manager, Chloe Campbell, and Lettings Manager, Ben Goodyear, are new recruits to the team at the Broad Street branch they both have extensive and lengthy experience in the property business in the Westcountry and beyond.

Welcoming their appointments, Richard Webber, Partner at the South Molton branch, said: “We are extremely excited and fortunate to welcome these two new members of staff with such a depth and breadth of knowledge of the property industry.”

Chloe’s career began as a trainee negotiator for a large corporate estate agent in Exeter in 2008. Since then she has developed her career enjoying great success in Mid Devon as a Residential Sales Manager.

She prides herself on delivering an outstanding service to all her clients and living locally, has strong links to North and Mid Devon plus superb local knowledge of the area. In her spare time she enjoys country walks with her Springer Spaniels and horse riding with her daughter.

Ben has in excess of 20 years’ experience working within estate agency and lettings, starting out in the West Midlands before relocating to North Devon.

With a long and successful career within the sector, he has gained a wealth of knowledge, which puts him in an ideal position to help both new and experienced landlords with their property management requirements.

Away from work Ben enjoys exploring the local area with his two Border Collies, Maisie and Freya, and relaxing days spent on the beach.
