Phil returned to work in Taunton and joined Greenslade Taylor Hunt in April 2017 following three years working for a Chartered Valuation practice in Bristol. He comes from a property background in Somerset and is a member of the RICS and Institute of Revenues Ratings and Valuation Fellow. During his time at GTH, Phil has qualified as a Chartered Surveyor and works out of the Taunton office, covering Somerset, North Somerset and Devon.

Lisa started her working life with Greenslade Taylor Hunt 30 years ago, after studying at secretarial college for 2 years. She is responsible in assisting Simon and Phil in the administration of the Survey &amp; Valuation department. Outside of work Lisa enjoys walking, cooking and antiques. In her spare time she can also be found helping her husband grow vegetables at their home just outside of Taunton.
