Richard, a farmer’s son from North Devon, joined GTH in 1996 having graduated from Seale Hayne Agricultural College with an honours degree in agriculture followed by a Masters in Estate Management from the Royal Agricultural College. He qualified as a chartered surveyor in 1998 and became a Partner with the firm in 2003. He is the Managing Partner of the South Molton Office and deals primarily with the professional valuation and sale of farms, equestrian property, smallholdings and land.
In his spare time Richard enjoys working on the home farm with his family, fly fishing, running and reading.
Graeme is a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) and a fellow of the agricultural valuers' association (FAAV), working out of our Tiverton and Exeter offices. Graeme joined the partnership in 2018 and undertakes a wide variety of agency and professional work throughout Devon, Somerset and Cornwall, with a particular emphasis on the sale of rural property and farms, formal RICS valuation work, renewable energy and compensation matters. He chairs our professional services committee and also oversees the marketing department. In his spare time Graeme enjoys various board sports and water sports, as well as exploring the South West with his family.
Oliver stated his career in estate agency with market leading independent firm in North Devon in 2014, where he quickly progressed through the ranks. He has lived in the area for the majority of his life, and feels extremely privileged to be able to access many of the fantastic beaches, and national parks that Devon has to offer. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his fiancé and children, he occasionally runs out for his local rugby team Torrington, where he used to be the club chairman.
Having lived his whole life in the North Devon area and being schooled locally at West Buckland, Curtis began his career working for an independent estate agent in Bideford before joining GTH in 2022 to join our brand new Barnstaple office. In his spare time he enjoys socialising with friends and family and visiting Exmoor with his dog Cooper.
Having started his working life in construction Mitchell realised he had a keen passion for property. Stepping out of his comfort zone Mitchell has recently completed a business course at Petroc and has now joined GTH as an apprentice sales negotiator, and is very keen to learn and extremely hard working. When not at work Mitchell enjoys walking his dog, eating out and spending time with his family.
Having left North Devon college with qualifications in Business and Administration Jodie accrued many years of experience and transferable skills having worked in administration and customer service based industries for the majority of her working life. Jodie started working with Greenslade Taylor Hunt in June 2022 and having been born and bred in North Devon, she has a great knowledge of the local area. Outside of work Jodie enjoys spending time with her young family.
