The land is of freehold tenure with vacant possession available upon completion of the sale.

A private borehole is included upon Lot 3, although this water supply is not currently connected or utilised. A large rainwater collection tank is situated to the rear of the building in Lot 1. The purchaser of Lot 2 may be able to utilise any overflow water from this tank.The land will be sold without any mains services of any kind and prospective purchaser’s should make their own enquires as to the availability of mains water and any other services.

Basic Payment Scheme
The Vendors will be claiming and retaining the basic payment on the land for 2022 and the Purchaser will be required to farm the land in accordance with the cross compliance regulations until the 31st December 2022.
