About This Property
A small parcel of amenity land occupying a rural position on the foot slopes of the Brendon Hills. For sale by private treaty.
To the east of Lot 1 is a small paddock currently used for amenity purposes but could suit a number of alternative uses such as a garden, conservation area, allotment or the keep of livestock (STP). This lot is shown shaded green on the attached identification plan.
The property is located on the former cheese factory site which is now a mixture of residential and commercial units. The complex itself lies within beautiful rural surroundings on the edge of the much sought after village of Lydeard St Lawrence which offers amenities, including a village hall, parish church and primary school. The larger centre of Bishops Lydeard offers a more comprehensive range of day to day amenities and the County Town of Taunton offers a wide range of retail, leisure and scholastic facilities. Taunton also boasts a mainline rail link and has access to the M5t motorway at Junction 25 and Junction 26 at Wellington.
