About This Property
A delightfully situated Woolaway bungalow set within private grounds and within walking distance of the town centre. No onward chain.
Westbray is believed to date back to the 1950Â’s and is of pre-fabricated concrete panel construction under a pitched tiled roof and enjoys double glazing and electric heating. The accommodation in brief comprises an entrance hall which leads to a sitting room with views of the gardens, two double bedrooms and a family bathroom. A kitchen/breakfast room lies to the rear, together with a boot room/utility.
AGENTS NOTES
Due to the nature of the construction some mortgage lenders may not lend against the property.
Westbray occupies a tucked away situation not far from the middle of the rural centre of Wiveliscombe which lies about 10 miles to the West of Taunton and provides a good range of day to day facilities including both Primary and Secondary Schooling, Convenience Stores and Health Centre. The surrounding area affords some of the prettiest countryside within Taunton Vale with both the Brendon Hills and Exmoor being close at hand which offer a wide range of sporting opportunities. A good array of foot paths are also within easy striking distance of the property. The County town of Taunton is readily accessible where a wide range of shopping, recreational and scholastic facilities will be found together with main line link to London Paddington and M5 interchange (Junction 26).
The access to Westbray is shared with The Paddock comprising a hardened track with parking to the left for 2/3 cars. The bungalow lies opposite and is set within private lawned gardens with well established herbaceous boarders. To the rear is a further garden area (shed not included) which is well screened from The Paddock.
