Our commercial department in Taunton has achieved another record period of property transactions throughout the West Country, demonstrating that demand continues to generate deals despite varying market conditions.

Among some of our successful deals was the letting of 87 Cheap Street, Sherborne, which had been on the market with another agent for a number of years but was let by us in a matter of months.
A former bank with a large maisonette above in Burnham-on-Sea was snapped up after attracting 27 viewings and 14 sealed bids.
A particular highlight was the sale of a let investment on the outskirts of Glastonbury with a guide of £1,000,000. The freehold, subject to existing leases and sub-leases, included 12 units.
