Full Management

As part of this service we fully advertise the property on the lettings market, prepare legal documentation, notify service companies of user change, prepare an inventory & schedule of condition which includes dated photographs, monitor monthly rent for landlord’s account, visit and report on the condition of the property on a regular basis, arrange repairs and maintenance on instruction, organise annual rent reviews, draft tenancy agreements, undertake a termination check at the end of the tenancy, and arrange deposit resolution and release.

Full Management Plus

As part of the Full Management Plus service we offer everything covered in the 'Full Management' package, as well as providing rent protection to protect income, and legal expenses cover to gain vacant possession of the property due to non-payment of rent.

This policy is transferable to new tenants, as long as they pass our referencing criteria or have a qualifying guarantor.

Tenant Find

As part of the Tenant Find service we can:
