On Thursday 17th August, The Joint Dispersal of RT & CV Perrett Ltd 54 Holstein Friesians, AM Clark 169 Holsteins & Crossbreds and The Cimarron Partnership 23 Brown Swiss & Brown Swiss X Fleckviehs took place at Sedgemoor Auction Centre with volume buyers from Cheshire, Reading and Wales making the most of opportunity to purchase from 3 Herd Dispersals.
The Dispersal of 54 Holstein Friesians for RT & CV Perrett Ltd topped at £1732.50 x 2 for Holstein August calved heifers sired by Gatrog Ethdust. Followed by £1627.50 for a Dairy Shorthorn X, having last calved in November and back in calf for November to its second. Incalf Heifers for RT & CV Perrett Ltd topped at £1522 for a heifer due to Holstein in September.
The Dispersal of 169 Holsteins & Crossbreds on behalf of AM Clark topped at £1449 for the Holstein third calver. Followed by £1365 x 2 for Danish Red third calvers, having last calved in August 2022 back incalf to Brown Swiss for September and Swedish Red second calver having last calved in April 2023. Incalf Heifers for AM Clark topped at £1155 for a Swedish Red due to Aberdeen Angus in October.
The Dispersal of 23 Brown Swiss & Brown Swiss X Fleckviehs for the Cimarron Partnership topped at £1281 for 4th calver, Cimarron Wiscona Whisky, a Fleckvieh X Brown Swiss having last calved in November 2022 and back in calf to Hereford for October.
