Located next to a new build development, the site off the B3092 on the Southern edge of the town offers great possibilities.

It is bounded by homes to two sides, agricultural land and the B3092 to the remainder. It is accessed from the B road.

It is relatively level and comprises a former farmyard area. There is an existing barn on site which the GTH planners believe has the potential for Class Q conversion. Any buyer must draw their own conclusions and obtain the necessary consents for conversion.
