Staff at the South Molton office of Greenslade Taylor Hunt have plenty to celebrate having clinched the top spot in the British Property Awards.
For a gratifying sixth year running the office in Broad Street, has claimed the title of best estate agency in the town in the nationwide contest.
Richard Webber, GTH Chairman and Partner in Charge at South Molton, said: “‘The whole team in the South Molton office are very proud of their achievements in consistently providing the excellent customer service that we as a firm strive to achieve. It is lovely to have the hard work and dedication acknowledged.”
To win the award staff were put through a rigorous process with “mystery shoppers” testing out the team’s level of customer service across a range of benchmarks.
Now the branch will be considered for a number of regional and national accolades, which will be announced later in the year.
The British Property Awards provide agents nationwide with an invaluable opportunity to compare their service with competitors locally and nationally.
The awards also help buyers and sellers identify agents who provide outstanding service.
