Building plot and allocated land at Tiverton

We are anticipating plenty of interest in a residential site with detailed planning consent for a large open market home along with allocated land.

The land at West Manley Lane, Tiverton, falls within the urban extension for the town and has been earmarked for residential development in the Mid Devon Local Plan.

“There is an opportunity for additional dwellings on the land to the East of the building plot, subject to grant of satisfactory planning permission. The land has capacity for up to nine dwellings,” said a spokesman for GTH.

We are hosting a number of view days at The Cob Barn site in the coming weeks. The first takes place on Wednesday, March 18, from 9am-11am. Subsequent dates are March 25, April 1, 8 and 15. All must be booked in advance via the agents.

In November 2024 Mid Devon District Council granted detailed planning permission for a four-bedroom, three-bathroom detached house of around 215 sqm (2,325 sq ft) on the plot.

The land is for sale at a guide price of offers in the region of £495,000. The deadline for the submission of offers is 12 noon on Friday, April 17.
